HRG

Luftar Krasniqi, holds a Master of Technology degree in Quality Management from Halmstad University, Sweden and additional education within Marine Constructions, Technical Safety and Risk Analysis at Stord/Haugesund University College, Norway. His main fields of work in HRG AB are Human Factors, Working Environment and Risk management.

Previously Luftar has worked within QHSE and Human Factors departments as senior engineer/consultant and HSE/WE discipline lead in the drilling upgrades and design development for several offshore projects.

Concerning shipping and marine environment industry Luftar has been working as a Fire & Safety engineer for the Norwegian Maritime Directorate with case management of fire and safety plans in passenger vessels. As a compliment to this experience Luftar has performed compulsory military service as fire fighter and rescuer within Swedish Navy forces on Berga Navy Academy base where Swedish navy vessels, helicopters and Navy Academy base were area of responsibility.

Luftar also has a background in Swedish Army Forces where he mainly worked as military coordinator and interpreter for UN/NATO peace keeping forces in Kosovo for two periods of six months. This experience was connected more on managing the contact between different parts in the area and supporting in wide different activities. A major effort during these periods was also performing preventive and active risk management for military activities.
